STAFF United is hiring a Sales & Client Growth Coordinator to drive pipeline growth, manage a structured CRM system, and ensure seamless client transitions from prospect to long-term partner.

What You’ll Do
Prospect Research & Outreach
Conduct targeted research on LinkedIn and relevant databases
Identify founders, agencies, and operators aligned with our model
Execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email
Track emerging industries and trends with operational gaps
CRM Management & Pipeline Tracking
Own and manage CRM system (Monday.com)
Ensure all leads are accurately tracked and categorized
Maintain clean, up-to-date pipeline data
Support reporting on pipeline health and performance
Proposal Support & Lead Follow-up
Manage consistent follow-ups to keep leads engaged
Coordinate scheduling and communication flow
Support creation of clear, professional proposals
Ensure communication is prompt, structured, and confident
Client Onboarding Support
Coordinate with Operations for smooth client transitions
Support onboarding setup (Slack, Notion, workflows)
Ensure a polished onboarding experience
Capture feedback to improve sales-to-delivery process
Who We’re Looking For
Core Skills
Fluent, confident English communication (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate professionally with international clients
Experience with CRM systems or structured workflows
Strong organization and attention to detail

Comfortable working within structured systems

Interested in sales, networking, and client growth
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles
