What You'll Do

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting
  • Record and categorize daily financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable management
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries and management reports
  • Support tax preparation and compliance activities with external accountants
  • Assist with bookkeeping catch-up projects and historical record clean-up
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
  • Administrative Support
  • Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and financial records
  • Assist with payroll administration and shareholder reporting
  • Draft correspondence and follow up on financial and operational matters
  • Support business operations, compliance requirements, and ad hoc administrative tasks

Who We're Looking For

  • We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Nice to Have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online
  • Previous internship or academic project experience related to accounting or finance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 12,000,000 VND/month based on skills and experience
  • Performance bonus: Up to 15% monthly
